Innovative children's mental health self-help book launches

A new innovative self-help book for parents and carers has been launched during Children’s Mental Health Week 2021.

The book, called Breaking Free of Child Anxiety and OCD, is being dubbed ‘a scientifically proven program for parents, to help them understand mental health issues among children.

The publication is endorsed by the Sussex CAMHS Books on Prescription Scheme and compliments the support offered by the Sussex CAMHS Parent & Carer Programme for Youth Anxiety, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Written by author Eli R. Lebowitz, this is the first and only book to provide a completely parent-based treatment program for child and adolescent anxiety and OCD.

Strategies are backed by extensive clinical research.
