It is really important that we all look after our mental health and emotional wellbeing and would know what to do or who to contact if we were having a difficult time. To help start a conversation with children and young people, this autumn Sussex CAMHS are inviting children, young people and professionals to make a ‘mental health promise’.
What is a mental health promise?
This is a statement or pledge of something you will do to look after your own mental health or to support the mental health of a friend or loved one. It can be something really simple, but the activity will get us all thinking about the things that we can do to make a difference.

There are many different ways that you can get involved with the campaign – there is no right or wrong way. Some ideas could include:
How do you sign up?
If you are interested in taking part in the campaign as a school/organisation, or want more information, please email communications@sussexpartnership.nhs.uk with the email subject ‘My Mental Health Promise’.
In your email please include a named contact for the school/organisation, a telephone number, email address, address of where we can send campaign materials to and details of how you intend to take part in the campaign.
