How do you sign up?

If you are interested in taking part in the campaign as a school/organisation, or want more information, please email communications@sussexpartnership.nhs.uk with the email subject ‘My Mental Health Promise’.

In your email please include a named contact for the school/organisation, a telephone number, email address, address of where we can send campaign materials to and details of how you intend to take part in the campaign.
