New resources have been created to support parents, professionals and young people in Sussex with their mental health and wellbeing.
The toolkits for mental health and emotional wellbeing have been created by partners across Sussex Health and Care Partnership. They give top tips on how to look after your mental wellbeing and links to helpful resources and tools. They have been sent to schools across Sussex to be shared with parents and young people as well as to GPs, community groups, and organisations who are working with young people.

We have also developed some ‘Recipes 4 Wellbeing’; a series of 15 handy cards with useful information and top tips about a range of difficulties that young people might be experiencing – click here.
